Finally a reasonable, kid and adult friendly way to explain portions, balanced nutrition, and personal choices. I know we often distrust the FDA and USDA, assuming business interest has insinuated itself into important decision making. However, even with the caveat that the dairy does not need to be quite so prominent, I like this tool! Thanks, nutritionists!
